Chef Jay, creator of the Asiatico Fusion Sushi Waterfront and Asiatico Asian Kitchen is back from a hiatus and ready to cook back for those who want to adventure outside their usual comfort zone.

The Chef's mission is to introduce food that is a reflection of his culture and experience, doing sustainable organic, local farm and ocean to table.

Cuisinako allows diners to expand their cuisine horizons beyond the usual and expected. The new food hub offers a rustic approach of cooking style with a palatable twist and nostalgic effect that even our Gen.Z and skeptical foodie would come to love.
