Since our establishment, I have been on a mission to introduce food that reflects my heritage, my journey, and my passion for cooking. LIVE ACTION CHEF TABLE
Over the years, the taste and cooking styles have definitely changed. The Gen. Z are leaning more on the new and innovative taste, and clamoring for exciting fusion cuisine. Chef Jay is back from a hiatus and ready to cook back for those who want to adventure outside their usual comfort zone. The Chef's mission is to introduce food that is a reflection of his culture and experience, doing sustainable organic, local farm and ocean to table. Cuisinako allows diners to expand thier cuisine horizons beyond the usual and expected. The new food hub offers a rustic approach of cooking style with a palatable twist and nostalgic effect that even our Gen.Z and skeptical foodie would come to love.
